The overall rating corresponds to the arithmetic average of the certified reviews collected during the campaign period.

The calculation method is the same for all participants.

A transparent framework aligned with recognised standards

Reviews are collected and moderated in line with the principles set out by recognised standards:

  • ISO 20488 – Online consumer reviews

  • AFNOR NF Service NF522 – Review processing standards

This means:

  • Contributor identification

  • Review traceability

  • Transparent calculation method

  • Clear information for users

Transparency applies to everyone: brands, TV Reviewers, broadcasters and viewers


Symbolic recognition, not payment

Participation is voluntary.

Some partners may offer symbolic gestures to thank TV Reviewers, such as vouchers, samples or privileged access to campaigns.

But the real reward is not material: it is seeing your opinion truly count.

The review is not bought.

Its value lies in real lived experience, not in financial incentive.
