Your data protected. Reliable reviews. A clear framework.
Our commitments for confident participation.
No spam. No resale of your data. Your information remains protected.
At TV Reviewers, every review matters — but not just any review.
We are committed to protecting your data and ensuring that the opinions published come from real consumers, are freely expressed, and are handled according to European standards of transparency.

1️⃣ Your data is protected. You stay in control.
We know this is your first question: will you be spammed? The answer is NO.
TV Reviewers is not designed to over-contact you or resell your data.
We do not sell your data.
We do not share any individual data — not with brands, and not with anyone else.
We do not over-contact you.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your information is used only in connection with your participation in an advertising campaign.
Your data is handled in compliance with the GDPR.
Our goal is to build a relationship of trust, not an overexploited contact database.
Only aggregated statistics may be used (trends, average ratings, review volumes).
Your identity remains protected.
2️⃣ Authentic reviews, never bought
We do not pay for reviews. TV Reviewers are real customers who have genuinely purchased the product or service concerned.
Each contribution is based on verified proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or order confirmation).
Your participation remains voluntary and may be acknowledged symbolically — never conditioned on a positive review.
3️⃣ Clear and Fair Moderation
We enforce strict and publicly available moderation guidelines:
No reviews are removed simply because they are negative.
Only abusive, fraudulent, or illegal content may be removed.
Any edits or responses from a brand are tracked.
Our goal: to protect freedom of expression while ensuring a responsible framework
4️⃣ Guaranteed independence
Televaluateurs is not a disguised advertising platform.
Brands cannot edit or filter reviews.
Our role is to ensure a trustworthy platform, not to serve commercial interests.
5️⃣ Leading European and industry standards
Télévaluateurs operates within a rigorous ethical and regulatory framework that complies with European and professional standards in the field of communication.
In particular, our approach adheres to:
French advertising regulations governed by the Advertising Regulatory Authority (ARPP);
European data protection principles (GDPR);
transparency requirements expected by regulatory authorities and professional bodies.
Our practices are based on the key standards governing online reviews, such as the NF 522 standard and the ISO 20488 standard, and take into account the ARPP’s recommendations regarding the use of survey results in communications.
The procedures for displaying scores and results comply with the transparency requirements set forth in the ARPP’s Recommendation on “Market Research and Survey Results.”
In practical terms, this means that the collection, verification, and publication of reviews are based on recognized principles of:
transparency,
fairness,
traceability,
independence
