How are reviews moderated?

TV Reviewers never alters the content of reviews. Testimonials may only be rejected if they do not comply with the publication rules or are not based on a verifiable real experience.

All reviews are moderated before publication according to principles of:

• neutrality

• traceability

• fairness

Content that is irrelevant, abusive, promotional or not linked to a real experience is excluded.

Negative reviews are not removed simply because they are critical.

Brands cannot alter or remove published reviews.
